Introduction

Introduction
Culture is the way that you advance through the Civics Tree, unlocking new policies and Governments. It’s also how you increase the size of your cities’ territories. Most importantly, Culture can be another path to victory. Each civic you acquire gives your civilization access to policies or governments, as well as some buildings, districts, and diplomatic advancements. You acquire civics by accumulating Culture. Every turn your civilization gets some amount of Culture added to its pool. Each civic costs a certain amount of Culture to learn; when you've accumulated enough Culture, you acquire the civic. When you get the new civic, your pool is depleted and you start accumulating all over again, saving up for the next civic.
