Citadel of God

Description
City ignores pressure and combat effects from Religions not founded by the Governor's player.
Historical Context
A physical castle can be imbued with spiritual meaning, if the conflict in which is built is one that includes a religious dimension. Mont Saint-Michel is an excellent example of what might be considered a “Citadel of God,” as might the fortress at Masyaf, famous home of the assassins.
